Year 10 Biology Lesson
Our Year 10 students have been looking at Plants, Osmosis and Transpiration this term. They have completed various practical lessons which involve experimenting with the processes. Gummy Bears and Potato Samples were used to demonstrate how osmosis occurs and how levels of concentration in liquids effect the outcomes.
Students can be seen in the pictures below carrying out the experiments and writing up their results and conclusions, including the increased size of gummy bear.
