class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Intent<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Home and Hospital service intends to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>create a personalised curriculum that meets the needs of the students, with the expectation that KS3 students following the national curriculum<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provide a personalised educational experience for all our students<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>enable them to achieve their personal success<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>become productive, resilient, responsible members of our local community<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Realise student potential through:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>raised aspirations and high quality teaching<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a safe supportive and stimulating environment<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>re-engagement with education through achievement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ensuring each individuals learning journey meets their needs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>effective guidance to prepare for transition for a return to home school or a new educational setting<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Implementation<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The Home and Hospital service will provide students with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>a primary style model of teaching to make the transition from KS2 to KS3 more accessible for students who otherwise would find it hard to access a secondary model of education<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a secondary style model of teaching, mirroring the home school\u2019s GCSE curriculum, whilst supporting KS4 students in accessing their Post 16 destinations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>quality teaching and learning<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>teachers plan sequenced lessons and assessment to develop students with a depth of knowledge<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>skills and content progression skills<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a personalised curriculum to meet all students needs and interests.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>a baseline assessment, so that all students have a clear starting point<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Impact<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Students will leave the Home and Hospital service with the necessary skills and knowledge that they can then apply upon their return to their home school or new educational setting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students will leave able to make a
