This is live on the Department for Education\u2019s&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/EqcCf8DqIy8\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">YouTube channel<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Dr Alex George&#039;s five top tips for good mental health and wellbeing\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/EqcCf8DqIy8?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>He has given advice to young people on how to improve their mood and look after themselves by eating well, getting plenty of sleep and natural light during the daytime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Anna Freud: Self-Care and Coping Strategies<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>For further information on self-care the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families offers a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.annafreud.org\/media\/12208\/selfcarepc-final.pdf\">booklet with top tips for young parents and carers<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-style-default\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.annafreud.org\/media\/12208\/selfcarepc-final.pdf\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.risecarrcollege.org.uk\/risecarr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2022\/02\/selfcarepc-final_Page_01-212x300-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-178\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Shout<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/giveusashout.org\/\">Shout<\/a> 85258 is a free, confidential, 24\/7 text messaging support service for anyone who is struggling to cope. They launched in May 2019 and have had more than 500,000 conversations with people who are anxious, stressed, depressed, suicidal or overwhelmed and who need immediate support.
